In today’s fast moving, complex and often challenging world, seeing the big picture is an increasingly important skill. In the past year, Reliance Standard emerged strong, healthy and poised to continue our legacy of prudent growth and profitability.
This was a year during which the world’s largest insurer stumbled – and fell. A year when the independent ratings agencies that assign financial strength ratings to our industry and corporate America cast a blanket vote of “no confidence” on the entire life insurance industry. A year when the equity markets took virtually all other constituents into a tailspin.
And yet, Reliance Standard emerged strong and ready for the challenges and opportunities of a new year and a new era.
